I have been a loyal client of Covedale Pet Hospital since my Mastiff-Pitbull mix, Tank, was just five weeks old. I was on a waiting list for a great dane puppy before Covid-19. By the time to get my puppy, CoVid was a thing therefore no vet has ever been able to see him. This morning, after 2 rounds of shots (one of which i administered myself), he apparently has parvo. I got up and got read and hit 3 vets which weren't open. I will not be returning to covedale I have been going there for 4 years and I have 18 animals they see 12 of them. I called to get a estimate on neutering my rabbit and they told me that I have to pre pay bc I have missed a couple of appoinements. The appoinments I missed I never recieved a reminder call nor was it something as major as surgery. The past few times communication has been crap. The only two I trust there is dr kim and jenniffer.
