SCAM ALERT!!! Took my cat to Covedale Pet Hospital for a runny eye, I told the vet she was fixed and she had a clipped ear. The vet took into another room comes back in and tells me she isn't fixed and is possibly pregnant. Not wanting kittens, the doctor tells me they can take the kittens when they fix her, and also give her shots. So I make the appointment, drop her off, only to find out she is not pregnant because she is spayed. I was also informed she has a micro-chip. Question??? The staff was friendly and professional. My dog was very hyper but the staff was really great with my Dog Star. She did A thorough check up. The veterinarian was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as she was examining my dog 🐕 I was very pleased with the service I received
I've been taking my pets there for years. They always are so nice and don't try to nickel and dime you. Great service and great rates.
I was on a waiting list for a great dane puppy before Covid-19. By the time to get my puppy, CoVid was a thing therefore no vet has ever been able to see him. This morning, after 2 rounds of shots (one of which i administered myself), he apparently has parvo. I got up and got read and hit 3 vets which weren't open.
