Everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. They’ve been taking care of our family for 10 years. Same ladies taking care of us with the different docs throughout the years. The optometrists have all been great too!
SCAM/ TRAP. Just moved to Cove, called and asked if they accept my insurance for a contact exam, they said yes. I Filled out a LAMINATED/ reusable form that can be altered that had $0 charges on it, they filled in $149 AFTER I signed on a blank spot as I got the exam. Did a full exam and tried to charge me the full $149. My initial phone call I was told that my insurance only covers my contact exam...that's why I came there. Wish I could give 0 stars. Rude, inconsiderate front desk ladies. Do NOT waste your time and drive a little outside of Cove to be seen, or there are other options inside cove that don't have inconsiderate people running the place. Seriously shame on you for how you treat people.
