I have to say I am really impressed with this current team at Cove Vision. I have found my new Optometry provider.
Dr. Robinson is always so happy, friendly, and thorough. He takes his time and makes sure your script is perfect. The ladies in the office and the techs are just as top notch and helpful. They have a great selection and the turn around time for new eyewear is not too bad. My family and I will not go anywhere else for our eyecare needs.
I had a very pleasant experience here they helped me and the price was very affordable for I had no insurance. I will definitely go back here. I had an eye infection and the staff was very pleasant and understanding. They were able to help me fix my problem. Thank you so much.
The staff and doctor at Cove Vision are great! Knowledgeable and kind. Been going there for years and always a pleasure.
Waited until I arrived to tell me my insurance was out-of-network. When I asked why I wasn't notified, I was told I was called and my phone was out of service. Number on file would have been from over 10 years ago, however the forms I filed out to schedule said appointment asked for my phone number. Receptionist was rude upon arrival and was not at all apologetic almost blamed me for lack of communication. Do not recommend this location.
