Waited until I arrived to tell me my insurance was out-of-network. When I asked why I wasn't notified, I was told I was called and my phone was out of service. Number on file would have been from over 10 years ago, however the forms I filed out to schedule said appointment asked for my phone number. Receptionist was rude upon arrival and was not at all apologetic almost blamed me for lack of communication. Do not recommend this location.
Went in with an eye injury, on a same day appointment on 12MAY2025. Dr. Robinson was great. He was very professional and attentive. Extremely happy with the care received at Cove Vision.

I've always had great experiences at Cove Vision and my appointment yesterday was no exception. The office staff and doctor were new since my last visit, and everyone was wonderful. Dr Robinson took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I understood my exam results. I highly recommend this business.
