(Update: They are back to full strength with mechanics, and so are busy with work.) These are longtime members of our community who will never sell you anything you don't need, have always been completely honest, and know what they're doing as far as car repairs, simple and complex. I wouldn't be able to keep my beloved older German car if there were no Cove Tire; they fix it reliably and reasonably every time. Got there at 5:15pm and a worker waved me off and rolled the garage door that indicates they're closed. Bare minimum customer service: ask my tire size and tell me to come back tomorrow. Bad work ethic terrible customer service
I want to warn others about my experience at this shop. The woman who answers the phone and works behind the desk is extremely rude. Her tone, the way she speaks to customers, and the pushy attempts to upsell higher-priced items are completely unnecessary. There are plenty of other options in the area for an oil change. I have gone to them before and have overlooked her rudeness because I feel that mechanics are good there, but do yourself a favor and choose a place that values your business, rather than one that assumes the... read more
