Got there at 5:15pm and a worker waved me off and rolled the garage door that indicates they're closed. Bare minimum customer service: ask my tire size and tell me to come back tomorrow. Bad work ethic terrible customer service
I want to warn others about my experience at this shop. The woman who answers the phone and works behind the desk is extremely rude. Her tone, the way she speaks to customers, and the pushy attempts to upsell higher-priced items are completely unnecessary. There are plenty of other options in the area for an oil change.
