We were a bit skeptical pulling up. A sign said " open during construction", and giant piles of dirt lay around the place. We were the only ones in there at 11:55 on a Sunday, and we wondered if we had made a mistake. Warm inside: no ac but plenty of fans to keep the air moving. All that said, the food was fantastic! I was excited to try the cajun seafood boil, but unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations. The order took about 30 minutes to come out, and while I don't mind waiting for freshly prepared food, the boil itself was surprisingly bland and lacked the Cajun flavor I was expecting. I actually found myself adding salt just to bring out some flavor, which isn't something I've ever had to do with a seafood boil before. Great meal. Asked for doggie bag. Then i left and forgot my food. I live in Lynn, so I realized that I had forgotten it when I passed Taunton. I was so disappointed in myself.
2nd time here in 2 weeks. Chowder is amazing, stuffy was good. Deff enjoyed our complimentary crab cakes. Got lobster roll with butter is was so yummy and filling. Then I tried the haddock mozimbque, wasn’t expecting it to be friend but flavor was 10/10
