Another great year, with a great house and rental company!!! Cove Realty responds quickly, checks in, and keeps you updated during your stay. Love the updates done to the house!
We have rented houses in the Outer Banks for years. This was our first year renting with Cove Realty and they were WONDERFUL to work with. All of their staff was very responsive with any questions, they called after check-in to ensure everything was up to our standards, and the house was extremely well maintained and clean. Their staff also assisted us with several questions/logistics with coordinating our vacation pre-booking for next year!
My family and I have been using Cove reality for 5 years, would not want any other place. The house is always clean and someone from the office always calls to check if we were ok in the property.
Cove Realty is the 3rd property management company that I have had in OBX. I signed up with them as their fees were low and I was putting my home up for sale. Promises were made before signing the contract that weren't kept. For example, I have a Guest Book in my home. I was told that Guest reviews could be posted on my Cove home website. This never happened in the 6 months that I was with the company even though I pointed out to them twice that they had reneged on an agreement.
