We've rented a property in South Nags Head for 15 years. This rental was previously listed with another realtor. The property is now with Cove Reality. What a difference between the old and new rental agencies. Previously most interaction was electronic, no in person communications. We had phone calls prior to arrival advising the rental was ready for occupany, previous it was always not before 4 PM, and that was electronic. Stayed at 510 Sea Love, Nags Head, where our group of 6 women have stayed for many years. We particularly enjoy the beach front deck and generally enjoy many hours there soaking up the sun, watching sea life and generally enjoying the beach atmosphere. We also like the one-level, 5 bedroom, 2 bath home which works well for our needs. Cove Realty staff have been particularly helpful and readily respond to our calls when needed. Great vacation spot!
