We have rented properties with cove realty several times after using other vacation rental companies in the past. Our most recent stay was for 2 weeks at serendipity sun (2nd time with them, highly recommend!). Cove takes the time to check in with us shortly after check in and also a few days into our stay. They are very responsive to any issues. We have never had any problems with them or our properties. I can not recommend them enough.
Highly recommend Cove! We have rented through them for the past two decades and have always been very happy with the staff there. Rarely is there an issue at a house, but when there is, they are quick to resolve it. It's like talking to family when you call into their offices.

1884 Whitecap St is great for a large group. There are three floors with 2 bedrooms on each one so people can spread out a bit. You cannot beat the location Sarah Graham
