We just completed our 4th year with Cove Realty and like every other year, we had clear and easy communication with them. They are efficient and timely for questions or setting the house up on our arrival date each year. All the ladies are cheery and helpful. We will be using them again next year too!

We have stayed at "211 Madden 1" for many years. Cove Realty has been wonderful to work with. They send emails giving updates and reminders when payment is due. They call us on check-in day when our unit is ready so we can check-in early, then again to ensure everything is okay. I highly recommend Cove Realty!
Third year renting from COVE Realty. Great staff. They are friendly and follow up on your stay. We stayed at Madden 1 for the 3rd time and the house is well maintained and very clean. We have reserved it for next year. Can’t beat Cove Realty for their service. We have tried others over the years and none can meet the excellence of COVE.
Cove has always been a very nice company to rent through. They seem smaller so they are responsive, friendly, and always serve in a timely manner.
