Our family utilized Cove Realty for a rental summer 2024. The house had cockroaches which staff referred to as palmetto bugs (they are still cockroaches). This made our stay very stressful and took time away from our family vacation to address. While an exterminator was sent to the house to treat for roaches within 48 hours, Cove Realty (Delisha), and by extension the owners, have not responsive to my requests for any compensation or accountability. RENT ELSEWHERE. This house was honestly awful. Not at all what I was hoping for our vacation/honeymoon as we came down for two weeks and got married while here. This is the first and LAST time I'll be renting through this company - First off, the roaches. There were so. many. roaches. I've never encountered an issue like this and I've been coming down here over 15 years. This is wonderful action experience that we have enjoyed for the last 3 years. The realty office is very proactive and responds quickly to messages or property concerns. The linen service is a real plus. Highly recommend.
We have rented through Cove Realty for almost 20 years! We have appreciated their helpful and friendly service over the years. We are planning another trip to the OBX this summer and have of course rented through Cove Realty. Looking forward to another stay at our home away from home :) Thank you Cove Realty!!
