As one of the first communities in Utah with both Independent Living and Residential Care (now known as Assisted Living), Cove Point was the first community of it's kind in the Provo/Orem area. The business was purchased in 1986 by Concorde Management Group and has been under the same ownership ever since.

I've lived here for 4 years and it's great! Well maintained buildings, beautiful landscaping, great medical staff, and no one starves in this place I can assure you!
