Today I brought my baby in for her first visit which was a frenectomy. The Doctor & assistant explained the procedure in detail & made me feel comfortable having this done in their office. I’m very happy with the way the whole visit went & would absolutely recommend this office to everyone I know :)
My six year old was a little leary about seeing the dentist because his previous experience was not a good one. However, his tech immediately put him at ease and explained every tool and procedure each step of the way. She was very professional, yet she was very in touch with him on his level. Dr. T made him laugh, and explained to me the future treatment he would recommend, and the time frame they should be completed in. My son now has a happy outlook on future visits. My sons received excellent care by the staff at Cove Pediatric Dentistry. Anna was especially gentle with my autistic son and helped him stay calm as she guided him through the process. We are very grateful to Dr. Hildebrand and all of the care team!
