Vet Alan lectured me for 20 minutes about self vaccinating my animals instead of addressing my questions when I took my rescue kitten it. All the other staff were amazing but I did not care for the vet whatsoever. I definitely didnt and dont feel satisfied after I left.
Very thorough without going over the top. They give very reasonable advice as my best buddy is getting into his golden years
