This is a retirement community but I believe they are taking advantage of the elderly people that live there. They raise land fees every year however they have shut down the laundry facilities permanently leaving many elderly people without access to clean clothes.
Clean organized park
I am considering purchasing a trailer in the park and viewed three units.
Two sets of parents enjoy. Great they are close. Nice neighbors. Well maintained landscaping.
