Really disappointing experience. I called the clinic first and explained my situation, and was told I could get an appointment in about 3 weeks. Based on that, I changed my referral to Dr. Adams and sent everything through. Then a week later, I get an email saying my referral is “outside of the scope” of what the doctor does. That’s really frustrating — this should have been picked up during the initial phone call, not after making me wait and go through the hassle of changing my referral.
