Absolutely horrible service at this clinic. Had been a client here for the past 5-10 years getting moved from Dr to Dr and the latest apparently is no longer taking me as a patient because they didn’t tell me I needed to book a meet and greet and the dr is no longer taking patients. Not to mention I’ve been trying to book an appointment for the past year with no availability online and absolutely no answer on the phone. Poor service all around.
I'm not really sure why anyone would complain about this place ever. I received some of the most professional, kind, compassionate, and prompt medical care of my life here. Being "from away" and here on holidays I unfortunately got sick. I had no idea where to go, as I was looking for an urgent care but didn't know where to begin my search. Nice and cooperative staff.
Impossible to reach by phone. I drove an hour to make an appointment. Got home and realized I had it made it two weeks before my blood test date. Therefore needed to change it. Called and got the dragged out message. Which said I would get a call back within 24 hours . Now it's day 3 and still waiting. When I do get to see my Dr. His service is 5 stars plus.
