There's no way to make appointments. I've called but all it does is go to the answering machine and tells me to book online. Just finding the booking page on google is a headach. And when I finally get there it tells me that they're 10 bookings available with my doctor, but on the next page where I actually book it, it tells me that they're no appointments for the next two months. Wouldn't it be easier to just answer the phone? 50 calls, no answer. No answering service. I'm just trying to have something that I paid for out of my pocket sent to me. Is that so difficult? We need privatized health care in this country. This "healthcare system" is an disgusting joke.
Horrible, don’t waste your time. I can never get ahold of anyone to even make an appointment and when I do nothing gets addressed. Totally unprofessional and unreliable.
They never answer the phone and I don’t know how to book online!! A few years back, there was Great 5 Star service, but now it is rediculous and I mean horrible!! I have called 10 plus times in less than 10 minutes and no one answered??
I have been a patient with this Clinic since it opened. I have received excellent care from any dr I have seen. I agree that there are communication issues which much be addressed. Most of the online appointments are for telephone consultation - which most of the time, works for me. If you want an in-person appointment, go to the Clinic, talk to the staff and - like yesterday when I presented with an issue which needed to be seen ASAP - I was seen by a great doctor (my primary was away).
