This company was bought out by pioneer to get the client list ,worked for cove for 10 months went in on a Friday was told company got sold management rode with us on a truck for 3 days to learn about Generators, continued working until the changes came cut pay no paid drive time which on most days at least 3 hours driving, most the jobs we showed up to install was not ready spend 2 hours on a phone telling us to figure it out put unit in even if we couldn't hook it up and to not leave until we got a check from the customer ,... read more
Very professional all around from sales to installation. Have had the generator for 11 months now, completely reliable and no issues.
They have recently changed ownership. They do not honor previous maintenance agreements and have upped their price for maintenance to a ridiculous amount. I recommend you look elsewhere.
I have been a customer of Cove Generator for three years. I have nothing but good things to say about them. Fast forward to Tuesday March 4 2025 when I get a call from Mary at Cove. She proceeds to set up an appointment for our yearly maintenance. Unbeknownst to us they moved from Monterey to Cookeville but also are now corporate owned by Pioneer/Premier (not Mom and Pop owned by Dave and Janet). We had a 24kw generator installed by Cove in 2023. Felt good about doing business with Cove and looked forward to a long term relationship. Cove called last year and made arrangements for the annual maintenance along with the subscription for the Mobile Link app. All good at that time. When no one called this year to arrange for annual maintenance, I started sending emails asking for information.
