There’s something fishy going on at this complex. I call every month asking for vacancies and I’m told there are none. Yet I can see for myself unit 1116 is EMPTY. It’s been empty for a month now. Why are you telling people there are no vacancies?! Get on your job and get on that waiting list so people can find a home.
Whoever work in the office has got some attitude. From the second I called she seemed grumpy so I didn’t bother asking any other questions about getting a place here.
Apartment searching and this one has a lot of bad reviews. Wouldn’t want to live in a place where management is accusing me of having a U-Haul and charging me for that if I know for a fact I never had one. So I’ll avoid this mess altogether and not apply and just leave a review based off what I’m seeing here.
Resident since 2019 - Incompetent management teams in most recent 3 years. Contradicting dates on over a dozen notices and documents I still have in hand as proof, threatening behaviors from staff, bully tactics, false reporting, mold in units single pain windows, outdated appliances, months to years to have things repaired not exaggerating, $300 increase in rent, parking fees went up 400%, zero in unit washer/dryers, laundry room cost went up and it's over priced I drive to off site laundry mats that charge less and give be... read more
