Resident since 2019 - Incompetent management teams in most recent 3 years. Terrible people terrible complex. End of story. The property owner should really look into who they hire to have as staff here because they will be the reason this place doesn’t elevate the way it can.
Terrible people terrible complex. End of story. The property owner should really look into who they hire to have as staff here because they will be the reason this place doesn’t elevate the way it can.
They baselessly and falsely accused me of illegally parking a UHaul for several days and subsequently damaging their carport with it. When I emailed them to inform them I'd done nothing of the sort, and in fact had never even SEEN a UHaul let alone operated it here, they promptly and diligently ignored me for several days. This management team took over less than a year ago and have managed to take a complex where people felt secure and valued and turn it into a revolving door of eviction threats and petty offenses.
