Renee was super helpful during the leasing process. Apartment had all new appliances put in and was move in ready. Very happy with how everything worked out.

I’ve lived here for over 10 years Cove East is awesome now Taylor Fairey started. Before her we had a string of horrible manager’s. They have had Embezzlement issues with staff and management, it was rampant here. Then they had evil evil women were hired as management people and they just trashed all trust of us renters because nobody wanted to go talk to the office. It seemed like the old crew put all the money in their pockets and nothing back into the property. but now with this new management it’s great!! They’re so nice... read more

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but Renee at Cove East Apartments absolutely deserves it. I moved in this past September during a pretty chaotic life transition, & having Renee in my corner made all the difference with my leasing process. From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, detail-oriented, and just on it. If I could give zero stars I would, I had someone email me at 4am from their office that their was an available unit, and when I called, the manager Taylor didn’t know what I was talking about she said the unit was no longer available and I called at 10am the same day after receiving that email… then later I received an email the next day saying it was available. I was told I needed to bring a holding fee deposit, and application money order. I did that and even brought in the refundable deposit. Then the next day they said ... read more
