Jake was awesome! On time, and thorough. I also like that I can reschedule and they had availability that fit our turnovers.
A am not impressed with this company. I had them come out to check a lack of hot water complaint. They can and checked it and said everything was fine but they would turn it up to max. The bext guest had the same issue. The came out again and said the anti-scald valve needed adjusting. When they left the forgot to turn the water back on and the ne t guest had no water at all. They also serviced the instantaneous water heater and let the water drain onto the floor. They did not bother to clean it up. They had to make a third ... read more
I am awarding a five-star rating, as that is the maximum available. I contacted them regarding my water line issues, and they responded promptly to assist me. Their pricing is quite reasonable, although there is always room for improvement. I would highly recommend their services repeatedly; if you find yourself in need of plumbing assistance, do not hesitate to reach out to them.
