My family loves this place! Second year we’ve done my son’s party here. Always clean, people running it are so nice!
We used to have a membership here. Unfortunately this place isn’t great anymore. They charge $12 per kid, which is fine, but charging the parent $12 also, who has no choice but to be there to watch the kids but isn’t using the equipment, is exploitive and bad business. Their old place in Tracy City lets kids play for $5 and doesn’t charge parents. We won’t be coming back.
This place is a massive safety hazard. No wonder they have signs everywhere saying they aren’t liable! Half of the outdoor equipment was broken. Our daughter went down one of the natural play area slides and hurt her tailbone on a root/rock that was sticking up right at the bottom. The other one was even worse. Wasps in the pirate ship. Such a cool place! They thought of everything! Indoor play, outdoor play, family restrooms! SO.MUCH.FUN!!!
