We called and called: never a single reply. We were so hoping to use this company (based on the good reviews). Are they out of business? If one is too busy, the professional thing to do is to call back, apologize and say "We can't right now"... But no reply is the most frustrating , impolite, unprofessional attitude. We received an outrageously high quote from this company that was more than double others. If you don't want or can't do the work, then just say so, but don't insult our intelligence.
