Average stay at Cove Collective and here’s why: Pros - Great location to town and to the beach. Had a pool and sauna to use. Room had aircon, fridge and tv. Cons - Pool wasn’t clean and had leaves inside. The pool chairs were mouldy and breaking. There was mold inside the bathroom and you could smell it. All up on the roof and walls as there was no ventilation. No fan in the room. The walls were very thin, you could hear so much noise outside and other people in the other rooms next to you. Unfortunately, my stay at The Cove was quite disappointing. The walls are extremely thin — I could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms, which made it hard to relax. I arrived at 10am and was told by the cleaners that my room was already ready. However, despite the host saying they would keep me updated, I wasn’t allowed to enter until 3:15pm, after sending several messages. Had an absolutely incredible stay here at Cove. The place was beautiful and super clean. In such a prime location with just a 5/10 minute walk into town and a few minute walk to the beach. The pool was gorgeous and we loved having the sauna to use! Management were so friendly and approachable, catering to all our needs. Would 1000% come back and stay again!

Scam and corrupt organisation! Make sure to pay attention to the tone of their responses and how they always blame the customer. I booked Cove Studios for 2 nights for my mums 60th birthday. As soon as we walked into the room there was a strong smell of mould despite the air conditioner. As soon as you walk into the bathroom you could see it was absolutely covered in black mould, I then saw that it was all over the skylight that was above one of the beds and all over the heavy curtains in the room. Housekeeping/hospitality is none existent. Rooms and beds are very average for what you pay. Would be good if you were booking the whole place for a large group of family/friends. Other than that you are living on top of strangers and can hear every move they make in adjoining rooms. Seem very happy to take your money and leave you alone. Won’t be returning.
