I’ve owned my Village 1 condo for 15 years and I’ve loved every time I vacationed there. I’m 75 now, and it’s time to sell as my health is failing and flying down and walking through Tampa airport is a challenge. Hoping it sells quickly.
Stuck in the ‘90’s.... This community offers little in the way of amenities, basically a nice pool (hence the only pictures you’ll see). The clubhouse is dated and smells of perfumes from a generation ago. That’s it. Noisy condos under continuous renovation, and dated infrastructure. The HOA board will listen to new ideas, then immediately reject everything as ‘tried that 30 years ago and it didn’t work’.
