There houses I Will not recommend to no one, to start there electrical system sucks it keeps tripping the breaker, I got one of there houses and it's like a nightmare and this is being going on for the past four years since I purchase the house, I will be putting this on Facebook to all my contacts. I don't think this is rear for a $260 thousand dollar house
We owned one of the first homes Dave built in the cove, and are now looking into the possibility of having a home built on our bluff lot in the cove. Very happy with the support he provides long after the home was built. The materials and attention to detail are second to none.
