RecommendedRecently, I had the make the difficult decision to move my grandmother into a nursing home and while I knew Lake Woods would be a great option, I was still nervous about her transition. After a few days I asked her how she liked it and she responded “I don’t mind it here, I don’t mind it at all. I think I’ll stay here.” Thank you to all of the staff at Lake Woods for providing phenomenal care to your residents and making this transition a good experience.
RecommendedMy Mom has been there a little over a month recuperating from a stroke and managing increased dementia. The staff have been patient educating us and so kind to both our Mom and our family. They have formed a friendship with her and are so compassionate. They call us weekly to report any new covid cases(none for weeks straight) and are very collaborative with her care. We couldnt have survived this time without them and would definitely recommend them for your family.
Dirty facility ,horrid management .I wouldn't put anyone I love in here ever

RecommendedMaple Woods Manor is the best! I was recently in the facility for physical rehab and the entire staff was fantastic. If your loved one needs a good, clean, friendly place to go, then the Woods is the best place to go. Thank you for helping me and I would definitely go back permanently when needed!
RecommendedMy mother has been to Maple Woods on 2 different occasions for rehab after leaving the hospital and I was very happy with the care my mom received by the Nurses, Aids Physical Therapist , Handy-Man and the rest of the staff. However, I was extremly Un-happy with the Doctor. Thank you to everyone (except the Dr.) for taking good care of my Mother

I would not recommend for end of life folks.
Why haven’t you made it public that you currently have residents and staff members infected with covid19? It is your responsibility as a nursing home to inform the public. So people who may have been around any employees can be notified they potentially could have been exposed to it. I’ve seen so many other homes that have it post it on their websites or Facebook pages. Very disappointing!!!
