Recently moved to the Cove & couldn’t be more disappointed in the property management team here. Since moving in we’ve been harassed by our neighbors— banging on our door, recording us without our knowledge and pouring water onto us from their deck above. We’ve reported it several times to property management & they have done nothing to solve the issue except for ask us to stay off the deck. Very accommodating and professional! Courtney and Sabrina were fantastic to work with and have made our transition to the area a warm and welcoming experience.
Seriously the BEST place to live! The units are beautiful and right on the Marina with very close access to beautiful hikes, the ocean, and the city. The management team, especially Sabrina, Courtney, and Arnie, are so helpful and attentive and really make this place special. There are so many amenities, we really feel like we're on vacation living here! Can't recommend this place enough and so happy we are living here!
