I ordered a box of masks on August 6th 2024 and my order still says pending as of mid December. I have tried contacting them multiple times and haven't had any response. I've tried submitting a support ticket, emailing their help email address (it doesn't work) and calling 2 numbers they provide (one on their site, one in the confirmation of order email). I'm going to continue to try and contact them until they refund my order.

NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER!!!! YOU HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT!! BUYER BEWARE !!! I WANT A REFUND AT THIS POINT!!!! BEWARE!!!!

Too bad I couldn't give them zero stars because that's why they deserve. I placed an order on Dec 29th 2023 and still have not received it. No update, no tracking but took my money. I've tried calling multiple times, no answer. Can't leave a voice mail. I messaged them on Facebook and nothing. I messaged them several times on their website and nothing. I also tried chatting with them and again, no answer. These people are ignorant and very unprofessional. The company should be ashamed of them selves.

DO NOT FROM THIS COMPANY. Cov Care has processed my payment, but did not send me my product. Cov Care has ignored my requests for a refund and has been non-responsive to the NY Consumer Protection Commission.
