Took the company 4 days to acknowledge they had our shipment, despite the fact that we had air tag trackers and knew exactly when the shipment arrived. The company is holding our shipment for 3 weeks as they state that’s the soonest they can get it scheduled. And we were told we should be happy because they are beating the governments required delivery date (RDD) by a few days. But they are getting paid by the military to store our stuff until the RDD, so the company has NO incentive to try to deliver our shipment any sooner... read more
