This is a horrendous moving company as a whole...possibly worst ever mover. If I could give a 0, I would. No one should use them for any kind of move. They have absolute 0 care for people's belongings & cause nothing but damage followed by many days spent trying to recover for the damages caused. These uncaring idiots did damage to total value of $26,000 worth of items for a military Non-Temporary Storage (NTS). I wanted to share a very positive experience with this company. We are a Navy family and Coleman/Covan was contracted to move our household goods from Norfolk to Pensacola, Florida. I was a little hesitant given the negative reviews. However, they honestly surpassed my expectations. Stephanie was very communicative from the start, conducting an in-person walkthrough several weeks prior to the move. Worst moving experience possible. There has been over $9k in damages to be rectified and it has almost taken 7 months to resolve the claim issues. The check that was send for the claim was in the wrong amount over $1,000 less than what was agreed upon. Our dresser was moved loaded which we recommended against, and when delivered to our new house they just dumped the contents on our couch and left it there for us to deal with so they could get to another delivery.
