I have been in contact with covalent metrology and they have been less than satisfactory. Naima Hill gave me the runaround for months saying she could help me with an analysis but ignored my follow up emails. Granted, some of my emails were late bc I am dealing with a serious illness. But to completely ignore them? Very unprofessional!
Rude customer service and took forever to get back to me!
