Loved his attitude and workmanship when he was here. Said he would come back for the next step of our job but hasn't returned any texts or emails asking when he can fit us in. So we still have an empty bathroom with no floor or fixtures. Really disappointed. We will try another plumber I guess

This is best local plumber in lakecowichan Vern is very experienced plumber. Prices are bar none reasonable & customer service & relations is the best!!!. Although the town is growing several other big name companies seen in the neighborhood??. If Vern is busy? But you able to wait a little in case he is really busy???. Well worth waiting for. I called today with a recently pumped septic tank backing up into the tub downstairs. The owner told me a few simple steps I could take, and it totally worked! I am so amazed at the professionalism and helpful attitude this gentleman showed me. If I ever need a plumber for anything else, I know EXACTLY who to call.
