This food is SO good, I could cry thinking about how I wish I lived closer to get it every day. WOW that brisket litterally melts in your mouth. I don't like Brisket, but theirs... WOW. Melted. Especially with the sweet sauce. And the shrimp are good with the sweet bbq sauce on it. I didn't really like the catfish. But everything else was delicious. And the staff are super nice.
Cou-Yon's is AMAZING!! We have been in town for a couple of weeks now and we have been there four times. The menu has so many options. Our favorites are the fried green beans, the saucy shrimp, the loaded tater tots with pulled pork, the fried shrimp, and brisket tacos. You should give them a try! If you're ever in the area I strongly suggest you stop in this place and get lunch and or dinner... The crawfish loaded potato with shrimp is excellent
