Trusted roofing company. They did an excellent job on my steep roof and my 2 neighbours who had their roofs done with Nick as well were equally satisfied. Quality job that lasts for decades with excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
Ryan from Lakeshore Roofing and his team were very good until I paid the invoice. A day after I paid them i noticed that a part of the flashing near our chimney was up and i asked them to come flatten it down. I sent them a picture of the flashing. I never got a reply and no one ever came to fix it. Be careful before you pay them. Make sure all is to your satisfaction before paying the final invoice.
We had our roof shingles replaced by Lakeshore Roofing and couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was incredibly fast, the quality of the work was excellent, and the pricing was very fair. They were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The new roof looks fantastic, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Lakeshore Roofing did an excellent job. They are very professional. They were very flexible with our schedule and always promptly responded whenever there was need to communicate with them. The work was completed in a day as promised. Nick is wonderful. He has a lot of patience and took the time to explain the various options available to us and made some good recommendations.
