I awoke, after a heavy snow fall, to find my roof leaking. Panicked, I filled out several online forms, while readying myself for days of anxiety. Ugh. To my surprise, Dylan phoned me back within a few hours, he was solving the problem that same day - on a Saturday! He found the problem, said he would take care of it in the Spring.
