Horrible customer service!! Just left the store now a tall man with blondish curly hair very arrogant I asked for the price of floor tiles he said I have to scan it with my phone that's so rude! He's sitting behind doing nothing all day there's not one person in the store and he acts like he's so entitled don't go there or this guy should be 100% fired
Our contractor left a floor plank at this store to help find a matching stair nose. When we visited to check the color match, the employee seemed unaware of the situation and hesitated before locating the plank. After seeing it, we decided to keep looking and found a better match elsewhere. When we returned to retrieve our original plank, the employee again claimed no knowledge of it. We had a fantastic experience with Andre! He was truly devoted to helping us and made us feel comfortable right from the start.
