Our contractor left a floor plank at this store to help find a matching stair nose. When we visited to check the color match, the employee seemed unaware of the situation and hesitated before locating the plank. After seeing it, we decided to keep looking and found a better match elsewhere. When we returned to retrieve our original plank, the employee again claimed no knowledge of it.
