I recently had Foyer Lambert install gas inserts in my fireplaces. I'm very satisfied with the work that was done. Connie, Patrick, and Bob were very knowledgeable, efficient and a pleasure to work with.They did a perfect job. I highly recommend them.
I am really pleased to be posting a 5 star review for Foyer Lambert. This is based on several recent experiences. First - I purchased a gas fireplace. The reception and help I received when I went to their showroom was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, and guiding me to the best choice, not the most expensive choice. The service and price from these guys are as close as one would expect from a family member or a friend. The team was so human , kind and big hearted, while very professional with good work ethic and ultra-competitive pricing. Advice given was always with your best interests in mind. J'aurais donné 4.8 mais bon. En gros, les échanges par courriels sont A+ si vous n'êtes pas trop regardant sur le français. Réponses claires et rapides mais dans un français très accessible mais pas A+ si vous êtes des puritains de la langue. Côté service, rapide, efficace et poli mais... Je baragouine l'anglais et les employés, l'un d'eux parlait uniquement anglais et l'autre baragouinait aussi le français.
