I had a terrible experience at(COU+URIS+) **Couturist**. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I went to the fitting room to try on clothes, I wasn't allowed to change into my own clothes after trying on theirs. Instead, they tried to pressure me into buying something from their store before I could even leave. This is not how you treat customers. I would not recommend shopping at Couturist—there are plenty of other stores with better customer service and respect for their customers' privacy. Avoid this place... read more
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. What a horrible shopping experience in Vancouver. They follow you around like a puppy because they are so bored as no one is shopping there. For good reason. The women in their don’t know what they are doing as sales people. Rude non inclusive women. Would never shop here again and wouldn’t recommend this store for anyone visiting downtown Vancouver.

This time I wanted to return at-shirt I just bought yesterday.. no one told me about the no-refund policy!! I bought this t-shirt for a regular price which was $110 and thought as no one told me and it wasn’t a discounted price, I would be able to return it! The price itself is high.
