I love this store. I now live in Toronto and every time I come home to Vancouver I visit here! They have the cutest selection of clothes ranging from preppy to girly/coquette to streetwear, all of which fit perfectly if you’re short. If you like Aritzia but don’t want the exact same clothes everyone else has, you’ll love Couturist. They also carry MLB Korea apparel, which is MLB merch but actually cute!
The two female owners are really hardworking ambitious ladies with fantastic taste. The store is well stocked with the latest style and fashion accessories. I helped them with Grand Opening party and have since brought friends there which thought this store was fabulous and bought clothes. It's an unique local Canadian business which now has a second location.
The clothes are cute and fashionable. Just didn’t really appreciate the customer service i was experiencing. I saw this really cute sweater but i kept thinking i should buy it or not (its $86.48) so this one employee kept pestering me saying (you wanna buy it?) a LOT. Which was starting to make me feel nervous over all i did buy it but just don’t go around to your customers asking over and over again
I had a terrible experience at(COU+URIS+) **Couturist**. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I went to the fitting room to try on clothes, I wasn't allowed to change into my own clothes after trying on theirs. Instead, they tried to pressure me into buying something from their store before I could even leave. This is not how you treat customers. I would not recommend shopping at Couturist—there are plenty of other stores with better customer service and respect for their customers' privacy. Avoid this place... read more
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. What a horrible shopping experience in Vancouver. They follow you around like a puppy because they are so bored as no one is shopping there. For good reason. The women in their don’t know what they are doing as sales people. Rude non inclusive women. Would never shop here again and wouldn’t recommend this store for anyone visiting downtown Vancouver.
