How could you recommend a failing business. The owner is lost. She sweet talks all her bad reviews because she thinks others will feel bad for her and not take action. A true con artist who uses people and takes top dollar for trash that she sells. She has been reported to the Better business Bureau.

RecommendedMade sure to call this place more then one time to get the right information. Was told there was a promotion where the eye exam is free. Told the owner that we wanted to stay within the budget of our insurance. When it was time to pay, she started making up all her numbers and made it look like we were getting a discount. Mean while her website clearly states the EXAM is free. So i don't need to hear about how you are doing me a favor as if the discount never existed. Ended up giving us the worst frames and the worst lenses.... read more
Excellent customer service. If you ask for some suggestions on frames and lenses Mina is really helpful and knowledgeable. Huge variety of glasses and sunglasses. Absolutely love my sunglasses and glasses from Couture Vision.
BECAUSE OF A WORKER WHO "USED" to work THERE, I AM SCREWED OUT OF 150 dollar credit and told that I am the liar. In no way was i taken care of or respected as a customer. I was not only promised a "special price" when I decided to purchase a frame, I was also told my credit did not expire....but surprise surprise the manager has now changed this and the employee who told me this coincidentally doesn't work there anymore. worst service, worst treatment Ive ever had. Hi Jen, we're sorry to see you're upset. As already mentioned to you, Groupon deals have a fine print and they expire within 90 days from purchase. Unfortunate you waited 7 months and the promotion you wanted was no longer available. The management at couture vision has remained the same since it opened in 2013 and we are very consistent with our policies. Unfortunately we do not have anyway of redeeming Groupon promotions after they expire.
Great Optician Mina is the best Optician in Queen quay area!!! Super service and selection.
Best place in town for all your prescription and sunglass needs.
