Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered glasses and was told they’d be ready within 7 to 10 days. After two full weeks — no one contacted me. I had to call myself, and the person on the phone gave me a vague answer, saying “they’re not ready yet.” I asked to speak with the manager. I was told he wasn’t there. Then suddenly, within a minute, they told me the manager is now available — which felt very strange.
