This is a hard working family. They are always kind and polite. Professional at all times. No phone calls in native language over the client. They do speak to one another but their conversation is kept minimal. They engage with each client and have always made me feel right at home. Everything about this place is exceptional. Except one thing...... Sanitation Protocol of Pedicure chair, table and basin in between clients. If this corrected. I'm happy to change from 4 stars to 5 🙂

I liked my nails initially but since I left the salon before my nails were dry, twice, I have to get them done again elsewhere tomorrow.

Been going here for years. They do great work and the nails are strong. I bite my natural nails and these never break.

I’m sad to say that I had a very bad experience with one of my favorite nail salons today. My nails were lumpy and bumpy and so thick that the nail tech had to file them down twice before I just decided to leave and have them fixed somewhere else. No one offered a refund or a discount, and they acted as though this was according to my personal preference that I wanted that nails. My looked as though they had been dipped in globs of clay.
