Do not go here. It is a scam and a racket to get a hold of anybody to get any issues taken care of. I live in Clermont and had asked in May to freeze my membership (not even cancel) for six months due to recent health issues preventing me from driving. I was told my membership could not be frozen and had to be cancelled, and all I had to do was provide a Dr’s note. I had emailed what was required of me multiple times in June, July, and August. Couture Med Spa in Winter Park has the nicest staff ever. The nurse practioner was really great never any bruises. I just love that dps

Please understand as you get your membership here if you miss your appointment they are going to take $50 they are going to take $50 every time it doesn’t work out for you and if you want to talk to management they won’t call they can’t be bothered and the help are a bunch of children who could care two shits about what’s going on they’ve been trained to simply smile and say sorry and basically it’s a bunch of kids running around doing everything except for the lasers then someone comes in and does it and leaves oh they’re m... read more
