I had laser hair removal on my underarms and it worked alright except not fully. The staff (front desk, assistants, technician nurses) were all very pushy about their upsell and really couldn’t explain the service, technique or tests they were administering. I unfortunately had high expectations. From the tour to the actual requested service; all was rushed. Everyone appeared stressed and in a hurry. Not at all the atmosphere I was expecting. Definitely disappointed.
I love this location! CMS of Oviedo has the best customer service skills. The ladies treat me better than most of my friends and family lol. They explain procedures before hand, so I know what to expect. Thank you❤️
