I had laser hair removal on my underarms and it worked alright except not fully. The staff (front desk, assistants, technician nurses) were all very pushy about their upsell and really couldn’t explain the service, technique or tests they were administering. I purchased the service on Groupon. I was going to be in a different town, and called another location while I was undergoing my laser treatments (at that time I was satisfied with the service) to see if I could schedule laser hair for my legs. I love this location! CMS of Oviedo has the best customer service skills. The ladies treat me better than most of my friends and family lol. They explain procedures before hand, so I know what to expect. Thank you❤️
