I must not be the only experiencing such bad advice from this company. I went in for tear trough filler about 2 years ago. Unfortunately I was stupid enough to let them talk to me into keeping the filler in because Diane suggested it looked 'wonderful' and it would be a 'shame' to dissolve it even though I hated it and cried at how bad it looked. So disappointed!!!! After being a good customer for a few years i had a bad botox application that they refused to acknowledge or correct. Diane wouldn't even come in the room when i returned for another appointment to attempt to get it corrected. She refused to speak to me personally and just sent in a young girl ill equipted to handle problems. Couture Med Spa has exceeded my expectations. Staff is very professional and friendly. Providers are knowledgeable and talented. The spa is beautiful and offers top services. Black Diamond membership is the way to go, includes a plethora of services for a great price. Everyone must check out their esthetician, microblading and lash services the girls do an amazing job! Definetely would recommend.
I have been going to Couture Med Spa for the last two months and all the staff is nice and friendly- specially Stephanie and Erin are so wonderful, attentive and professionals; They make sure to give you your space but also provide you with very important advice regarding to any question you have. Overall the amount of pride and perfection the owner has in her med-spa is a top notch down to every detail

Absolutely HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE! WASTE OF MONEY$$$$ I spent nearly $1000 for my lips to look basically the same. They hyped me up to make me think that I was going to get exactly what I showed them I wanted. Well my lips look NOTHING like it. My top lip is ok but my bottom has absolutely no difference. I understand my lips weren't going to look the exact same as the pic I showed but the owner told me exactly this "oh no problem!
