Misleading company practices. They are not able to provide all the services contracted for. Charges after the end of the contract. Not all information is made clear when signing up for services, and there are no refund policies for any reason, even though they could not safely provide the services that the contract was signed for. Per the membership agreement that the client signed the ******* membership is a 12-month commitment at $199 a month with a $199 annual fee on November 1st. HORRIBLE.....laser machines break down TWICE IN ONE WEEK in two different locations, two times that i had to reschedule my appointment....messing up totally my working and personal agenda for nothing....and when that happened....the ONLY option they give you is to keep rescheduling your appointment (wich guides you to another problem: they don't have availability, so you have to make your appointment for next week, praying this time the machines are not gonna break (wich now makes me wonder the quality of the machines they'r... read more

Costumer service is great here. However, service was horrible. I had a lip filler that resulted in 80% of my lips bruised including skin under my lips. Three weeks later all of the filler bumps have not decreased in size or gone away. I have about 8 lumps on my lips. At the Follow up visit regarding these issues, I was told the only correction is to have all of the filler removed. End result would be additional swelling, bruising, pain and a waste of $600. I would not recommend this company.
COUTURE MED SPA is the worst. Oviedo, FL Location. Be very careful they will scam you! My personal experience with them (COUTURE MED SPA) and BOTOX was a total rip-off. I paid $421.00 for BOTOX. They promise and guarantee certain results, but were not even close. Manager is trained to blame the "provider" and not them, so everything becomes your word against the "provider". Client came into the office for a follow up cosmetic appointment. While rooming the client and gathering information for the provider at the location that day client got very irate and starting screaming at staff and calling them liars. Client would not listen when staff was trying to explain how Botox works and kept getting louder and getting into staffs face screaming. Please understand as you get your membership here if you miss your appointment they are going to take $50 they are going to take $50 every time it doesn’t work out for you and if you want to talk to management they won’t call they can’t be bothered and the help are a bunch of children who could care two shits about what’s going on they’ve been trained to simply smile and say sorry and basically it’s a bunch of kids running around doing everything except for the lasers then someone comes in and does it and leaves oh they’re m... read more
Thetevis a reason they aren't BBB. They yard horrible. My last 2 apt. Oh first after 1 he of having my face numbed they realize I didn't have in on enough between lasers. They forget to tell you there are 2 possibly 4 weeks between laser treatments. Story constantly changes. Today appt for 445 kh you are too late you need to be here 45 minutes early. Best advice don't do it
