We just left Bill. We could not be happier with his expertise and kindness. I was shopping for a dress with my mom and best friend, he made us feel very welcome. He is very patient and has so many beautiful dresses to choose from.
My family and I had a great experience at Couture Bridal Outlet. William was so helpful and knowledgeable, and his selection of dresses was truly one-of-a-kind. He did not rush the appointment or push me to buy a dress. Would definitely recommend!
I found my dream dress at Couture! Bill, the owner, is so wonderful to work with. We spent nearly three hours with him and didn't feel rushed at all, or coerced to buy anything, which I really appreciated! Their website is a little misleading to say the least. Looking at the website, it makes the place out to seem elegant and beautiful. Once you get there, it’s kind of a dump. I was under the impression when we spoke on the phone that Bill understood what I was looking for and he made it seem like he had many options. Bill was so much fun to work with. I tried on 9 dresses, our appointment took almost 3 hours and not once did I feel rushed. He was always looking to see how I felt and never judged me for my lack of enthusiasm for some options. His only intent was to make sure I found the one. His guidance was much needed!
