This doctor was just as horrible as Complex Care, lies, lies and more lies. Kept on telling me that my mom was going to be fine and that he put referrals in for her to go to another place to get the chemo she needed. My husband and I felt like a fool when we went to Moffit and they looked at us like we were nuts. No referral was every sent to them. Without Dr. Coutinho's help, my husband would never have survived the anemia he suffered due to the neglect of other doctors at Complex Care. He is listed on their website as administrator but I can't believe a physician of his knowledge would administer this horrible facility. I have great respect for this doctor.
