Coutinho Properties are a terrible rental owner to deal with. They make it a coo min practice to withhold the security reimbursement for unfounded reason. Their manager at 180 Claremont Avenue , Inna Ovcharenko has treated multiple tenants improperly , many of which are college students which is reprehensible. I have rented from Coutinho for a few months and am really impressed with the cleanliness of the building. The super and his staff are very kind and hard working and are there to help you whenever!
In our experience everything has been good except for the elevator. It is frequently out of service which can be quite a burden on the tenants who live on higher floors. They are attentive and do try to help with problems when they come up. The building is kept well maintained and clean.
