En vacances à NOLA, nous sommes rentrés pour le plaisir dans ce magasin. Nous regrettons presque de ne pas vivre aux USA pour pouvoir nous équiper chez Coutelier. Magnifiques couteaux japonais et français. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine et livres de recettes. Excellent accueil.
Over satisfied; I am. The only thing better than impeccable craftsmanship is a craftsman who is passionate about his craft. The level of quality shows, and the price is on point. I believe the gentleman went over exceedingly and above my expectations. I’m not sure if I’m worthy to unsheathe these knives in my kitchen lolz. However; I will use them as much as possible just so I can go back because I am now a patron. Sharp! Thank you.
What a cool place. Great selection and friendly, helpful staff.
I was looking for someone to sharpen my knives and repair a chipped blade. Coutelier was suggested and I was not disappointed. Brandt was knowledgeable and willing to explain all the various processes. After he finished, the blades looked brand new and they are sharp as heck. I almost wish I had more knives for him to fix. Maybe he can make me a sword.
