While eating at Sukeban (HIGHLY recommend) I mentioned I needed new knives and turns out the Chef/owner is the knife queen of the US. This place has EVERYTHING!!! Super knowledgeable staff because they literally go to Japan to learn about how the knives are made. I wanted everything in here. They were shipping knives to the best restaurants all over the country!
I love this store. Since moving to New Orleans I have purchased all of my knives through Coutelier. Their friendly service and attention to detail keep me coming back. Thanks Brandt!
I ordered 7 months ago from their website some knives more than 1500usd the ordered was accepted Some days later they told me that they found my transaction suspicious and they canceled it…. 7 months later i am still trying to get my money back. Amazing Costumer support
