Ordered a cheesesteask no onions, no tomatoes on Asiego bread. I got everything on it and the white bread was soggy!!! I CANT EAT TOMATOES!!! I CALLED AND WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 7 MINS!!called back talked to Mgr who was rude. This is the cousins in Menomonee falls on Appleton ave.. won't go back ever
Specific to store #1153 - 27th & Oklahoma. Staff, including the manager (or who said they were the manager on the phone) was incredibly rude and offered no assistance to resolve an order that never showed up. I've placed two submissions online via "contact us", and no response. I've left 2 voicemails with details, and no response. Truly sad actions, and awful response; or lack thereof.
Heard that the company appeared promising during the hiring process, but the actual work environment had some unexpected cultural and ethical challenges that may not suit everyone’s preferences.
