What I ordered vs what I got. I waited FOREVER to receive this dry disgusting flavorless dry “sandwhich”. Yeah, this is my last visit to a Cousins. There are so many other sub places to choose from. I only came here because my toddler wanted French fries and thought I could make a single stop. My mistake.
Waited at the register to place my order for 10 min. While call in orders kept coming in and getting filled. No communication except be right with you. Left and went to Chester’s, ordered and received food in 7 min.
Bread was so dry its like it was toasted, and stale. Cookies were way over cooked too. Kind of hinted I wanted the fresh ones by pointing at the fresh ones when I placed my order and they gave me burnt over cooked ones.
Outstanding cheesesteak subs and cheese curds
Did not get served. Waited to long to put an order in. We walked out. 3 people working maybe 4 and only like 8 people most waiting for food. What happened. This never happens at subway. Service was below a zero. Will not teturn
