There's one thing you can count on at HC cousins. It's so inconsistent. Sometimes the subs are good and then other times you get a sub like this. Really! Your known for your bread, what the heck is this? It was the worst sub yet. We ordered Sunday, 7/19, for a 5:19 pick up. A sub should never leave your place looking like these pictures. This place needs better management!
I order very confusing and sometimes a little frustrating but Megan and Gabe were super patient and awesome polite and attentive and made it all happen with a smile on their face. 10 out of 10 service definitely will be back.
I have to say this place has really fallen off. These kids that work here now just don’t seem to care one bit. I placed an online order at 8pm. App said it would be ready at 8:14. I arrive at 8:14. My order isn’t even started. So I sit down. The kid making the sandwiches is taking his sweet time. There was a couple eating in the dining area and two cars in the drive thru. I walked in one day and immediately got a whiff of sewage then as I walked towards the counter and tried to order, this young lady in a mask (which is where the whiff of sewage came from) was standing at the counter. Ignoring that, I asked what was the most popular sandwich. However right as I was about to ask she left and said she’d be right back. I stood there for a good 8 minutes, before I decided this wasn’t worth my time and left. Horrid smell and experience!
May 26th (p.m) First visit and the impression the service and the keep of the store gave me, was not appealing. As my sandwich was being made i took a look behind the counter and almost canceled my order. The floor counter area could be better kept. At least where visible by customers. The cashier that took orders was nice and approachable but the young lady making the sandwiches had a terrible attitude.
