Literally never open I don’t get the point of being in business. Online says they are open until 8 but every time I try to go they are closed. I’ve tried on multiple occasions at varying times and it’s the same story every time.
The subs have improved recently but it's irritating that I can't ever order online at this location. It always states "your order can not be prepared before close". Your hours say you're open until 8pm, it's 5pm, you can't prepare (2) 15" subs in that time??? This has happened every time I try to order pick up in the last year.
I had a fantastic experience at Cousins Subs thanks to the incredible service provided by Gary. I ordered for our company, and everything was perfect! From the moment I placed the order to the timely delivery, Gary went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. The food was fresh and delicious, and it made our lunch party a success. Thank you for your outstanding service! I highly recommend Cousins Subs in East Troy!
This location is not what it used to be. Had a dbl cheesesteak and it wasn’t very good. Portion size was off, something tasted off. Unfortunately I have heard the same from people in the ET area for awhile now. This location should not be a representative of other Cousins stores - generally I love Cousins subs
