Cousins is good. However, like most places they need more help and the current staff doesn't exactly hustle.
Visited this Cousins today at 4:34pm. I am 9 months pregnant and wanted cheese fries. Pregnancy cravings are strong! I paid almost 6 dollars for cheese fries and received fries with approx 1 Tablespoon of cheese on them. Imagine my disappointment. Pregnancy hormones made me cry. 😭
Staff did not know what a meal is. When I asked for meals 3 times she still only charged for subs. When I received our friendship container there were maybe 10 fries in the regular size. No unsweetened iced tea. Not the regular cousins experience we generally have.
poor employees there is never working a/c in that building🥵🌴
