Staff did not know what a meal is. When I asked for meals 3 times she still only charged for subs. When I received our friendship container there were maybe 10 fries in the regular size. No unsweetened iced tea. Not the regular cousins experience we generally have.

I ordered the $10 meal deal online. The first time I ordered it I was told I had to order it online, it can’t be ordered at the register. I got bit by a tic inside while sitting waiting for my order. I had to wait at least an additional 20-30 minutes after the estimated time their website said it would be completed. It was during a peak time and they didn’t have enough employees working at that moment. Did a catering order for party subs for our daughter’s volleyball team. They were super nice, got the order ready ahead of time and the food was great. The lady who took my order was extremely helpful and at pick up they offered to help carry everything out to my car. It was great! Team loved the food.
