We came to this location after being less than impressed with the Hartford location. We really enjoyed our food. It was fresh and delicious and came out very fast. The staff was really nice as well which you don’t always get in fast food.
I called last minute asking for a 20pc party box and they were very accommodating even on a busy Friday evening
I was down in this area from Shawano and I had never been to cousins subs. The gentleman behind the counter was kind enough to walk me through the menu and help me order for my parents in the car. This place is clean and the customer service is top notch, the food was fresh and tasted really good. Easy 5 stars all the way! God bless you!
honestly yall are usually on your game. yall rubbed me the wrong way the last 2 times. Placed an online order for not be ready when i get there both times, teenagers in back just texting or doing whatever on their phones, while looking right at you. I waited the first time not tonight, after 8 mins NAHHH i just drove off yall can keep the food and the money and my rewards. it was supposed to be done otherwise online order is pointless.
