This place is great. They make your food great. They do hollow out the sub bread without it being requested which I dont like. They do sometimes burn curds as well. Overall, I'd say a 4/5.
A lot of other reviews hit a majority of my concerns. The one I'm not seeing is the food prep safety. I've worked in a professional kitchen before, and can assure you that the practices the employees take here are bound to make someone sick. Kitchen staff should not be wearing their winter coats with faux fur hoodies up while prepping food, no apron (jacket was unzipped and rubbing on prep surface).
